As the title says; I don't have much to show today.
I haven't made more yellow blocks (RSC for March), as I intended to.
I got busy quilting 'Keep the Home Fires Burning' and I'm happy to say about 3/4 of the quilt is done! I'm quilting it in straight seams only, rather tedious, but I like how it looks.
And there are some yellows too! I have quilted a few yellow blocks, which should count?! lol

Awwww - you have a sewing room helper! Good thing he's there for quality control (if only to check the snuggability of what you're working on).
I think straight lines work out good. If I try free motion it looks a mess on the back and I want the back to look good too
Seems like a lot of us had busy week and didn't do so well on the sewing front. Love this picture with Mini-bug sleeping on the job. Enjoy! ;^)
Your cat is so funny! Quilt snooper-vising is hard work. Keep going on your quilting - it can definitely be tedious, but a finish will feel really good!
The yellows definitely count in this lovely piece you are quilting:)))
I put two scrappy placemats (just the tops) together this week--lots
of teeny tiny piecing in these...hoping to do backings and bindings
this coming week...and working on quilting my 2nd Strawberry block
(Only one more left in this table topper after this one).
hugs, Julierose
Aaw Mini Bug blends right on in with the quilt. He is a good helper. Your quilt is looking fabulous, Astrid. Such cheerful colors. Have a lovely weekend. Hugs.
I love straight line quilting. Almost done... Beautiful!
Good progress. Hope you get it finished as planned.
I had to look twice to see your Mini Bug, he looks completely relaxed! What a great helper.
Nothing like a furry friend to keep you motivated while you quilt. I think of it as blessing the quilt, or a Royal Seal of approval.
hehehe those cats that like to help
How fun to have your quilt almost finished! Those colors are so beautiful! Mini-Bug blends right into the quilt! 😊
